Refund policy

At Maison Dimanche, we want every order to arrive correctly and in good condition.

Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic and lip products, certain restrictions apply to returns and exchanges.

Opened or Used Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic and lip products that have been opened, used, tested, or had a protective seal removed, where applicable, cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind.

This does not affect any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law, including in relation to defective products.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Maison Dimanche within 72 hours of receiving your order.

Email us at bonjour@lemaisondimanche.com and provide:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the product
Clear photographs of the original packaging and any visible damage

Please retain the product and its packaging while your request is being reviewed.

Review of Your Request

Once we receive your request, we will review the information provided.

If your request is accepted, Maison Dimanche will provide instructions regarding the appropriate next steps.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the resolution may include a replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy.

Eligible Returns

Where a return is accepted, the product should generally be returned in its original condition and packaging unless otherwise instructed or where the nature of the defect makes this unreasonable.

Please do not return a product without first contacting Maison Dimanche and receiving instructions.

Change of Mind

Opened or used cosmetic and lip products are not eligible for return or exchange due to a change of mind for hygiene and safety reasons.

For unopened products, any cancellation or return rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.

Refunds

Once a refund has been approved, it will be issued through the applicable original payment method or another method permitted by applicable law.

The time required for the funds to appear may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

Where permitted by applicable law, original shipping fees may not be refundable unless the refund results from a defective or damaged product, an incorrect item, or an error by Maison Dimanche.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, contact bonjour@lemaisondimanche.com as soon as possible.

We will try to accommodate cancellation requests before fulfillment begins. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
